Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your access to reelslab.ai and your purchase or use of services provided by ReelsLab. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company, property owner or management organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

ReelsLab is currently a founder-directed creative service for promotional vacation-rental Reels. The standard offers described on the website are one personally reviewed 15-second or 30-second Reel, in 9:16 or 16:9 format, developed from the brief and authorized media you provide.

The current workflow may include three proposed creative directions, production of the direction you select and one limited revision. The exact scope, price, format and delivery details shown at checkout or confirmed for your order control if they differ from general website copy.

ReelsLab is not a full-service SEO, paid-ad or social-account management agency, and does not guarantee bookings, reach, engagement or platform distribution.

Your brief and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property facts, offers, restrictions, brand instructions, target-audience information and feedback. You must review creative directions, drafts and final files for accuracy before publishing.

You agree not to submit illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing material, attempt to access another customer's account or media, interfere with the service, or use delivered work in a way that violates law or a social platform's rules.

Rights to uploaded media

You retain ownership of media and information you provide. You represent that you own it or have all permissions needed for ReelsLab to use it in production, including permissions involving copyright, trademarks, music, properties and identifiable people.

You grant ReelsLab a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, edit, transform and provide the media to production vendors solely as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, maintain project records and deliver the result.

Access to a listing page or downloadable image does not by itself prove permission. ReelsLab may pause or decline work when authorization is unclear. We will not intentionally use customer media or finished work in public marketing without separate permission.

AI-assisted production and review

Production may use generative AI and other third-party image, video, audio, editing or storage tools. These tools can produce artifacts, inconsistencies or unexpected results. ReelsLab applies human creative direction and review, but cannot promise that every generated element will be error-free.

We aim to keep rooms, views, amenities, capacity, furnishings and offers grounded in the evidence you provide. You remain responsible for final approval and for confirming that published claims accurately describe the property.

Creative direction and revision

A limited revision means one reasonable round of changes within the selected concept and original brief, such as correcting text, replacing an available shot or making a modest pacing adjustment.

A new audience, new concept, new property, materially different storyline, replacement source package or substantial rebuild may require a new order or additional quote. Revision requests should be consolidated and submitted within the review period communicated with the delivery.

Price, payment and cancellation

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at purchase applies to that order; the standard new-customer offer is currently $39. Unless an order expressly says otherwise, the purchase is one-time and does not create a subscription.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize the applicable charge and agree to provide accurate billing information. Cancellation, refund and failure-to-deliver requests are handled according to the terms presented with the order, the posted refund policy and applicable law.

Delivery and file storage

Any delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. Timing may depend on the completeness of your brief, media quality, feedback, provider availability and technical review.

You should download and safely back up final files after delivery. Portal access and storage are provided for convenience and are not a permanent archival service. We may retain project materials for operational, legal or support purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Delivered work and platform rights

After full payment, you may use the final delivered Reel for lawful promotion of the property or business identified in the order, subject to any third-party rights or license restrictions disclosed with the delivery.

ReelsLab retains ownership of its website, brand, templates, methods, software and general production know-how. Drafts, unused concepts and working files are not included unless expressly agreed. Because AI-assisted outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, we do not promise that every element is exclusive or legally protectable.

Availability and third-party services

The website and production workflow may rely on hosting, authentication, payment, analytics and AI or media-processing providers. Availability, processing time and output can be affected by systems outside ReelsLab's control.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may refuse or pause a project for safety, legal, authorization or technical reasons. ReelsLab is not affiliated with the social platforms on which you may publish delivered work.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ReelsLab disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee marketing performance, bookings, revenue, ranking, reach or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, ReelsLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity. ReelsLab's total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

General terms and contact

You agree to indemnify ReelsLab against third-party claims arising from media you lacked authority to submit, inaccurate information you supplied, or unlawful use of delivered work. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Applicable law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes may be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate.
