Platform Content

9. Data Storage and Retention

• Generated videos: Videos are stored in our cloud storage and remain accessible through your account
• Anonymous uploads: Content uploaded by anonymous users before registration is retained for 3 days, after which it may be automatically deleted
• Temporary files: Temporary processing files are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours
• Account deletion: Upon account deletion, your personal data and generated content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We recommend downloading and backing up your generated videos for long-term storage on your own systems.

10. Service Limitations and Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, please be aware of the following:

• Video generation is performed using third-party AI models and services, which may experience downtime or limitations
• Processing times vary depending on the selected model, video duration, and current system load
• We implement rate limits to ensure fair usage: maximum 20 requests per 10 seconds per account
• Video generation tasks may fail due to technical issues, model limitations, or content policy violations

• Service availability and performance may vary, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability

• Any references to third-party AI models, technologies, or brand names are used for descriptive purposes only to indicate compatibility and available features
• All trademarks, service marks, logos, content, model names, and proprietary technologies mentioned on our platform belong to their respective owners
• We maintain our own privacy policies, data handling practices, and user agreements that are entirely separate from any third-party entities
• We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) for payment processing, and cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) for hosting and storage

13. Indemnification

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon voluntary termination, unused credits from one-time purchases may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
